LEYBOURNE
Leybourne is one of 28 parishes within the Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council area, with 1,232 households and a population of 3,235 (source 2001 Census).  A predominantly residential settlement it is located just south of Junction 4 of the M20 with most of the more recent housing development lying to the east of Castle Way (A228) and north of London Road (A20).

The area benefits from a number of local community facilities - a Church, an Infant and Junior School, a Village hall, a Doctor's Surgery, The Old Rectory public house and local shops.
